Bringing the Fiat of Jesus and Mary to the world.

We, the Sisters of the Fiat, are an aspiring contemplative and active community of religious sisters whose apostolic works flow from the richness and the depths of our interior life.
We began in late 2012 with the blessing of Archbishop Joseph E. Kurtz, in the Archdiocese of Louisville, Kentucky, with the unique purpose of bringing the “fiat,” of Jesus and Mary to the world, believing and desiring to teach souls that, “to live the will of God is the key to heaven.”
We seek to carry out this great calling by serving the Church in various apostolic works with a special focus on apostolates that include individuals with special needs.

Living the Fiat...
"Be it done unto me
according to Thy word."
- Luke 1:38
Are you seeking a deeper union with God?
Do you have a pioneering spirit?
Are you called to serve "the least among us?"
Could you be called to be a founding sister in this new community?
Are you called to join us in this
great work?

Stations of the Cross
A special thanks to a generous benefactor for the beautiful, wooden Stations of the Cross, and to Dave Michalak who helped placed them on the convent grounds.
